Pathways Learning Series - U of A 101 Serving the Public GoodThis in-depth, full-day course is focused on understanding the University of Alberta's vision, mission and strategic direction. It explores how individual roles support the goals of the University. Time will be spent introducing relevant policies and campus resources, and learners will explore the concepts of personal accountability and relationship-building. The goal is to help learners become fully engaged and integrated staff members. Registrants are required to read the UofA's Institutional Strategic Plan "For the Public Good" prior to attending.
This course is open to Support Staff as part of our Pathways Learning Series to build competency in Demonstrating Organizational Citizenship. If there is space in the course, employees from other staff categories are welcome to attend. This course is not open to undergraduate and graduate students.
Cancellation policy: A $100 cancellation fee will be applied for no-shows or cancellations within 5 business days prior to the start date. The Learning Shop will not send a reminder, and OHE may not send a courtesy reminder, so please mark the session in your calendar and plan accordingly.
